Full-service structural and mechanical projects from design to completion.
At Patton Engineering Limited we focus mainly on structural steel fabrication and erection, as well as mechanical maintenance projects for a variety of medium to large Hawke’s Bay businesses. The latter utilises not only our fabrication and machining workshops but also significant mobile resources for on-site works.
- The Patton Crossing developers and Delta Development have identified a grant opportunity to bring additional state funding to the area. The funding would be used to upgrade the Atherton Street / Woodycrest Street intersection that serves as the main entrance to the new Patton Crossing development along with related underground utility work.
- Our work is influential in developing clinical practice and informing alcohol policy. Based in the Institute for Clinical and Applied Health Research, Faculty of Health Sciences, we lead on the development of clinical and public health research into alcohol and drug use.

What people have to say about us
'Patton Engineering was the main mechanical contractor for Ovivo on the Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade at Pan Pac. The quality of workmanship both on site and with pre-fabricated materials was outstanding. Their overall Project Team was knowledgeable, hard working, trustworthy, and a huge asset to Ovivo's ability to meet a very tight project schedule.

Seventh Annual Midwest Regional Employee Excellence Awards ceremony
On April 27, 2017 Regional Director Tom Melius and Deputy Regional Director Charlie Wooley announced the seventh annual Employee Excellence Award Winners.
“As valued members of the Service community, you all deserve recognition for all that you do,” said Tom Melius. “We hope you enjoyed this opportunity to pause to celebrate all the dedicated employees here in the Midwest Region.”
Over 80 nominations were received, continuing the trend of breaking the previous year’s record for nominations. Voting for winners was close in several categories and resulted in two ties. All winners, from both the regional office and from the field, were able to attend the ceremony. The ceremony was broadcast to the field so that all regional employees could take part in celebrating. Individuals who have the honor of being federal employees for 30 years were also recognized.
Congratulations to all nominees and winners!
